1. Warranty Duration

Products sold on our website or platforms may carry no warranty, 30-day, 90-day, 180-day, or 1-year limited hardware warranty, depending on the product and promotion stated in the invoice, receipt, or official sales documentation.


2. Proof of Purchase

Warranty claims are valid only upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation). Claims without proof of purchase will not be accepted.


3. Coverage of Limited Hardware Warranty

This limited hardware warranty covers:

  • Repair of defective hardware components due to manufacturing defects under normal use.

  • If repair is not possible, replacement with a similar or equivalent model as determined by the service team.

  • The warranty period begins from the original purchase date and does not restart or extend after repair or replacement.


4. Repair Timeframe

  • Typical repair turnaround is 3-7 working days for standard cases.

  • Repairs requiring imported or rare parts may take up to 7–21 working days depending on stock availability and supplier lead time.

  • The company is not liable for delays caused by parts availability, courier transit, or other factors beyond our control.


5. Validity Conditions

This warranty remains valid only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is used in accordance with manufacturer instructions and not modified or repaired by unauthorised persons.

  • The warranty seal/sticker remains intact (not tampered, broken, or removed).

  • The customer cooperates in allowing our technical staff to inspect and diagnose the product (onsite or remote).

  • The product’s serial number or identification label is visible and matches our records.


6. Replacement / Non-Repairable Cases

If the product cannot be repaired (due to unavailability of parts, irreparable hardware damage, or technical limitations):

  • A replacement unit will be provided with similar or equivalent specifications/value.

  • If the identical model is unavailable, we will provide alternative options, including:

    • Upgrade option: Customer may choose a higher-specification unit by paying the difference in current market value.

    • Downgrade option: Customer may choose a lower-specification unit and receive a refund of the difference based on current market value.


7. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This warranty does not apply to:

a) Consumables and Accessories

  • Battery (lasting 1 hour or more is considered functional)

  • AC adapter, power cable, charger, and external peripherals

  • Mouse, keyboard, bag, and other accessories provided with the product

b) Software & Data

  • Operating system, third-party software, drivers, applications, or user data

  • Reinstallation or configuration of software

  • Loss of data — customers are advised to back up all data before sending units for service

c) Cosmetic & Physical Damage

  • Scratches, dents, cracks, or hinge damage

  • Screen damage (lines, spots, dim display, broken glass, dead pixels) after delivery

  • Physical or liquid damage, corrosion, or burnt components

d) External & Improper Use

  • Electrical surges, lightning, floods, fire, accidents, neglect, or misuse

  • Operation outside of manufacturer’s specifications

  • Overheating caused by blocked ventilation or improper use

  • Damage caused by third-party repairs, upgrades, or modifications

e) Normal Wear and Tear

  • Degradation due to regular usage over time is not considered a defect.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • The company’s maximum liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or store credit, as stated in Clause 6.

  • The company is not liable for any data loss, business interruption, consequential, or incidental damages.

  • Replacement parts or units may be new or refurbished, provided they are functionally equivalent.

  • Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period.

  • The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.


9. Warranty Claim Process

  • Warranty claims must be lodged in writing via our official contact channels or warranty form.

  • Customers must bear the shipping cost to return defective products unless otherwise stated.

  • The company will cover return shipping of repaired or replacement units within Malaysia.


10. Governing Law & Consumer Rights

  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and interpreted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

  • Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Malaysian law.

  • However, misuse, physical damage, or failure to comply with these Terms will void warranty protection.

  • Any disputes shall be settled amicably; failing which, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.


11. Company Rights & Final Decision

  • The company reserves the right to modify or update these terms without prior notice.

  • The company’s decision in all matters relating to warranty evaluation, replacement eligibility, or refund amount shall be final and conclusive.
